preparing a new generation

For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the Lord, “ plans to prosper you and

not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. ~ Jeremiah 29:11

Teaching children that God loves them and desires to have a relationship with them is an essential mission of Baxter Road Bible Church. Our children’s program is designed to help children:

LEARN about God in relationship with Jesus and the Holy Spirit

GROW in their knowledge and understanding, and

GO live their faith and share it with others

All children classes are downstairs. Check in begins 15 minutes prior to service and closes 15 minutes after service begins. To ensure your child’s safety, all volunteers serving in children’s church undergo background checks and video cameras are posted in all areas except restrooms.

Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School, for kids age 4 (must be potty trained) through 6th grade, takes place in July annually. VBS is a high energy opportunity for kids to learn how much Jesus loves them. There are numerous volunteer opportunities, offering a great way to connect with other members of the church.

VOLUNTEER

Serving in children’s ministry may be one of the most rewarding jobs you do in your lifetime. Volunteers are needed for Sunday and Wednesday services. Volunteer schedules are flexible. Email info@baxterroad.org for more information or fill out the volunteer form.
